Arrived promptly and was really friendly and efficient. The carpets, sofa and chairs all came up far cleaner than we expected, even though they’re quite old. He was thoughtful around my mum’s dementia and the carer’s visit, kept everything tidy, and even gave us shoe covers for the damp carpet. I benefitted from another customer's late cancellation today when Rich and his team were able to come to clear my guttering at short notice. As is customary, Sleephaven did a great job - thorough but efficient, and leaving no trace (except for cleared gutters). Not only that, but Rich re-aligned a couple of drainpipe connections for me and highlighted some rising tiles which need addressing. Great service and value for money as ever! Richie and his team were great and very professional,  communication was good and efficient,  The work Richie and his team carried out was to an extremely high standard, and now my carpets look brand new.
