SleepHaven was established in 2009 and provides Internal & External Cleaning Services to domestic & Commercial clients in Northamptonshire and the Surrounding Counties. Our domestic customers are primarily based in the Northampton, Daventry & Towcester areas but for larger Commercial projects will travel further afield. Our USP is that we use ECO-friendly products where possible and that we offer a bespoke allergenic deep cleaning service that benefits allergy sufferers, this differentiates us from our competitors.
SleepHaven has a good loyal customer database (1200+) which provides regular repeat business all year round, it’s target market is the middle to high-end sector charging a higher rate than its competitors. The company has built a good reputation as a family business with a professional and personal touch with excellent customer service, this is supported by numerous customer reviews on Google, Yell, Social Media, and the company website.
The website www.sleephaven.co.uk has been developed and hosted by GreenUmbrella in Daventry and can be found on the first page of Google with the content updated on a regular basis via blogs, video’s with new products on the Online Shop which is a new feature. The website does not use “Stock” photo’s and has a strong established brand using images of our work and team. This brand is consistent through the Social Media sites of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn and has a large following with regular interaction with its followers and sales inquiries.
