Virtual Assistant & Administration

Job Description
An administrative Role incorporating the use of Social Media Platforms to promote SleepHaven & SleepHaven Property Services Ltd plus assisting with Sole Trader Accounts and administrative tasks for SleepHaven using the accounting platform Xero.

Social Media & Brand Awareness
Assist in promoting the brand identity and social awareness of SleepHaven & SleepHaven Property Services Ltd and the services they offer across social media platforms. Interacting with current followers with posts, comments, likes etc, responding to messages with the aim of increasing the existing following and enhance sales.
Using images or video’s supplied by staff, creating attractive professional images or videos using Canva or other suitable applications, and post to the appropriate Social Media platform. Save and provide these for potential use on the company website, blog or newsletter as required.
Create and post designated adverts for Facebook aimed at a target market within the budget specified. Link these adverts to the relevant website or blog to promote maximum awareness.
Assist with company Newsletters via Mailchimp and distribution of flyers or letters via Maildoc.
Potentially attend Social Networking Events to promote company profile and lead generation.
Identify & target specific companies or groups via social media with news or current projects to promote lead generation and potential sales.
Assist with creating social media strategies to enhance company profile.
Assist with the transfer of data between relevant systems.
The current platforms used are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google My Business, and YouTube.
Administration
Using the application Xero assist with SleepHaven company finances, creating, editing, and submitting Invoices and contacts as required. This may include the transfer of data from other systems.
Collating and submitting invoices to Xero in preparation for payment plus identify and monitor any late payments.
General guidance and assistance with Xero or relevant applications.
Assist with general enquires and admin when time allows.

Initially, a part-time role which could develop into a full-time role for the suitable applicant. Pay dependent on age and experience.

Ideally suited for an outgoing person who is confident, forward-thinking, positive with good social media and communication skills plus a sense of humour.
