During this uncertain time with Coronavirus and the COVID-19 outbreak we have adhered to Government Guidelines by staying at home and social distancing. Now we have past the peak and the Government have relinquished some of the restrictions we are able to undertake some work, however we understand that some customers will still have concerns. Therefore, we have introduced the following Coronavirus cleaning protocols alleviating some concerns plus ensuring our customers well being as much as practicable.
An example of some of the work we will be able to carry out will be: Gutter and UPVC Cleaning, work at empty properties or businesses and where social distancing can be adhered to.
Coronavirus Cleaning Protocols
- All our equipment will be sanitised before and after each job.
- Staff will sanitise their hands on a regular basis.
- PPE will be worn as and when required. gloves, overshoes & masks.
- Staff will adhere to social distancing as much as possible.
- Our vehicles will be sanitised at the start and at the end of the day.
Method Statements & Risk Assessments
To ensure our staff have a full understanding of the measures we’ve implemented we have drafted method statements and Risk Assessments which our staff will all read and sign. Not only does this ensure they have an understanding of the process but will enhance their and our customers safety as much as possible.
During Lockdown we’ve been running a Priority List, this is for customers who want us to provide deep cleaning and sanitising to their carpets, upholstery or work place when we’re able. If you want to be added to this list before the rush starts please contact us ASAP, we will give you a FREE bottle of our Spotter or a Multi Surface Cleaner & Sanitiser on our arrival.
